THD® Digital Mobile: portable modular system for anorectal diagnosis

THD® Digital Mobile is the all-in-one portable diagnostic system that allows you to perform numerous anorectal exams thanks to THD® Procto Software and integrated diagnostic modules.

THD® Procto Software

THD® Digital Mobile is based on dedicated software that allows the specialist to carry out all the diagnostic procedures normally carried out during the visit in a single suite. THD® Procto Software offers a modular suite dedicated to the management of users and patients, allowing you to prepare a report for each exam. THD® Procto Software is a Class IIA Medical Device.

THD® Digital Mobile is available in three configurations for maximum practicality and versatility of use:

THD® Digital Mobile for Digital Video Anoscopy

Anoscopy is used to diagnose numerous pathologies of the anal area and the lower part of the rectum.

THD® Digital Mobile is a compact portable instrument for performing digital video anoscopy. THD® Digital Mobile features a state-of-the-art laptop and a video camera (THD® Digital MiniCam). The evolution of the examination under vision with images and videos allows the specialist to concretise and highlight the presence of any anorectal pathologies with greater precision than viewing with the naked eye alone.

With THD® Digital Mobile images and videos can be viewed in parallel on the same display, allowing a direct comparison of current conditions compared to previous exams. The images and videos are obtained with THD® ProctoSoftware: certified medical device (CE 0051). Reporting with video anoscopy using certified medical software allows the reliable reproduction of the anatomy and any pathologies found.

The anoscopes of the THD® N-Ano Digital line, available in multiple configurations, complement THD® Digital Mobile by eliminating the need for a light source integrated into the anoscope and allowing for greater sustainability in terms of disposal.

THD® Digital Mobile for Anorectal Manometry

Anorectal manometry is essential for evaluating the functionality of the sphincters and allows the specialist to identify dysfunctions of the sphincter system during both muscle contraction and relaxation. It also allows the specialist to evaluate rectal sensitivity and the contractile reflexes of the sphincter complex.

THD® Digital Mobile is a portable diagnostic tool featuring a dedicated workstation and the THD® Anopress anorectal pressure gauge.

THD® Anopress is equipped with disposable probes and an LED screen for real-time visualisation and evaluation of sphincter pressure and rectal sensitivity. In fact, the LED display shows the blood pressure values in real time from a numerical and morphological point of view. The specialist can thus immediately evaluate the results and associate them with different pathological conditions. The association between manometry results and specific colorectal disorders is based on the interpretation of a curve describing sphincter activity at different points in time.

THD® Digital Mobile for Endoanal Ultrasonography (EAUS)

Transanal ultrasound is an essential examination for the anatomical and functional evaluation of the sphincter complex and for the diagnosis of numerous anorectal diseases.

THD® Digital Mobile allows the specialist to perform Endoanal Ultrasound in a practical and accurate way thanks to the dedicated workstation and the THD® EAUS ultrasound probe.

THD® Digital Mobile allows the specialist to view the pelvic floor and sphincter muscles and accurately identify anatomical and functional variations.

The 360° THD® EAUS ultrasound probe is easy and practical to use. It is equipped with a USB connection and is easy to move for use in different types of environments.

THD® EAUS Probe allows the specialist to view the pelvic floor and sphincter muscles with high precision, allowing them to perform anatomical and functional assessments that are essential in treating numerous disorders, including faecal incontinence, anal abscesses, obstetric lesions and obstructed defecation syndrome, and anorectal tumours.
